NON VEG EXPRESS ("Non Veg Express") is the owner and operator of the Non Veg Express brand, website and application (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By completing the registration process or placing an order, the Customer agrees to receive promotional and transactional communications, text messages, mobile notifications, phone calls and newsletters related to Non Veg Express services.

Any person may sign up for the services provided by Non Veg Express, provided that such person is legally competent to enter into a contract.
As per Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, a person is competent to contract if they have attained the age of 18 years, are of sound mind, and are not disqualified from contracting by any applicable law.
Prices displayed for products on the Non Veg Express Platform will be shown along with applicable taxes, including GST where applicable.
The price displayed at the time of placing an order will generally be the price applicable to that order. However, prices of fresh food products may vary depending on market conditions, availability and applicable pricing at the time of delivery.
In case the final price of a fresh food product differs from the displayed or estimated price, the applicable difference may be collected from or refunded to the Customer, as applicable.
A Customer may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing the order, either through the Platform or by contacting Non Veg Express customer support.
If any advance payment has been made, the eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund and payment policy.
Non Veg Express reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if it suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of the Platform, inaccurate information, payment-related issues, or a violation of the applicable terms and conditions.
Non Veg Express aims to provide quality and fresh products to its customers.
If a Customer receives a product that is damaged, incorrect, poor in quality, or does not meet the applicable freshness standards, the Customer may contact Non Veg Express customer support within the applicable time period.
Depending on the nature of the issue, Non Veg Express may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Customers may be required to provide photographs, order details or other relevant information to verify the issue.
Product images displayed on the Platform are for reference purposes. Actual products may have minor variations in appearance, size, shape, packaging or colour due to product availability, photography, device settings and the nature of fresh food products.
Non Veg Express reserves the right to modify, update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any updated version of these Terms & Conditions will become effective once published on the Non Veg Express Platform.
By continuing to access or use the Platform after such changes are published, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the updated Terms & Conditions.
A delivery charge of 20 RS per delivery may be applicable to orders, unless a different delivery charge or free-delivery offer is specifically displayed on the Platform at the time of placing the order.
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
